Individual Build Day July 26th

Trusses arrived on site this week for the 91/93 Stonebridge Rd duplex. We had a great ‘Individual Build Day’ hoisting and setting trusses. A big thanks to all our volunteers! Papa’s Hardware of Shrewsbury Donates Over 70 Gallons of Paint to Project Playhouse

Habitat for Humanity would like to thank Papa’s Hardware of Shrewsbury for donating over 70 gallons of colorful exterior paint to Project Playhouse! Because of this generous donation, we will be able to make the dream of having a playhouse come true for many military/veteran families.

Without the support of companies like Papa’s Hardware, we would not be able to continue our mission of building homes, community and hope. We are grateful to have support from such a great community partner and encourage you to support them!

Flo-Dell Exterior Restoration Partners With Habitat To Build New Roof for Veteran

DSC00109

On June 30th, Ron Floser and his team at Flo-Dell Exterior Restoration came out to 10 Willard Ave in Shrewsbury to build a new roof for Veteran Michael Lundy as part of Habitat for Humanity’s Veteran Build Program.

Early in the morning, Ron and his team arrived ready to take on the work. Within a matter of a few hours, Flo-Dell tore off the old roof and replaced it with a  new, sealed, sustainable roof that will serve Michael for a long time.  Flo-Dell  was so generous with their time that they went above and beyond, and replaced the roof on the garage.

We are so lucky to have partners like Flo-Dell Exterior Restoration who are committed to serving the community.

Interested in using Flo-Dell for your home? High in quality, efficient and community conscious,  Flo-Dell can be contacted at  175 W Main St Ste 8-3a, Millbury, MA 01527 · (508) 581-9300.
